Crow Creek Sioux Torqazine

The Crow Creek Sioux have agreed to allow a biofuels plant to be built on their reservation in exchange for 10% profits and 40 jobs. This new plant will produce torqazine from the nearby landfill. Torqazine is a synthetic fuel made by the Fischer-Tropsch methanization in conjunction with a bunch of secret steps and hidden proprietary enzymes. The syngas used to make the torqazine is made by the gasification process which reacts organics in a high heat controlled atmosphere to create a fuel gas that can be used on its own or changed further. Torqazine is water soluble, and biodegradable, offering a similar alternative to ethanol, but with less environmental impact.
This appears to be a no loss situation, but both articles are heavily opinionated towards the subject
